WHAT ARE BENEVOLENT BEINGS, PHANTOMS AND DEMONS AND THEIR ACTIVITIES?

According to Abd-ru-shin, human beings, being of the spirit and possessing free will have the ability to use the neutral Creative Power that exist in the Universe for their activities. Human beings collect this Power through their intuitive perceptions and the way in which the Power is used depends entirely on the individual. This Power being neutral stands above the conceptions of good and evil. In using this creative Power, the human being fashions forms which correspond to the nature of his intuitions. This Power therefore, is used in the formation of the forms of the intuitive volition. This Power is what we are supposed to use to work in Creation forming our environments and shaping conditions for ourselves. Depending on the way this Power is guided through our volitions, thoughts arise which correspond to the nature of these volitions. Before the fall of man, when evil had not yet taken root, this Power could be used only for the purpose for which it was given, but with the entrance of evil, we could also use our free wills in an unnatural direction. Two fundamental types of forms could thereby be formed

  1. The forms of the good volition,
  2. The forms of the evil volition.

Before the advent of the evil principle, men formed only the former and as such were able to form forms whose essential natures were good and beautiful and are called Benevolent beings, whereas with the use of the Power of God in the wrong direction, ugliness was introduced with the formation of distorted ugly forms called Demons which have no useful function in Creation but whose essential function is to act according to their natures: which is to destroy and promote disharmony. Therefore there are two fundamental forms: the benevolent beings and the demons. Every single thought, word or intuitive feeling that proceeds from us takes on a form that corresponds to the nature of the expressed thought, word or volition: good or evil. Before men knew evil aeons ago these forms were invariably benevolent beings, but with the advent of evil human beings also began to shape forms which embody their evil volitions, hence demons.

These forms, being embodiments of particular principles, bear within them some degree of life and can work independently on their environments according to their natures. Through this activity different types of forms have arisen embodying the basic nature of the thought or volition. Generally speaking however, the forms of the thoughts resulting from brain activity are called phantoms, which soon fade away and have no intrinsic lives of their own: they depend entirely on their authors. The forms of the intuitive perceptions however, have cores which lend life to these forms so much so that they can act independent of their authors and influence their environment according to their natures. Demons comprise of intuitive feelings such as hatred, envy, jealousy, avarice, greed, murder and so on. These are always attached to their producers by a cord so that through this connection they continue to influence him to think in the same way thereby producing forms of similar nature and in the process strengthen existing forms.

Furthermore, forms of the same nature group themselves through the activity of the Law of the Attraction of Homogenous Species and form huge centres in the world of Fine and Medium Gross Matter. These huge centres are repositories of the forms of the same nature which have proceeded from all those who think or intuitively perceive in a similar way. These people, through these centres are interconnected and are all retroactively influenced by these centres. Radiation from these centres reach the producers through the cords of connection which each producer has with these centres through his own form which he has contributed to the formation of these centres. These centres in the Beyond are huge dwelling places.

The seeds of these forms no matter what they are: hatred, envy and so on have been cared for in the Beyond and as a result dwelling places have arisen which are populated by these forms working in there also according to their nature. There are also human spirits, who after having left the earth are attracted there to experience the consequences of the way they had thought while on earth because they are the producers of these forms and are attached to these centres through their forms. In these places they meet with all the forms they have created. These forms work on him and on others who are there with him and who like him had also contributed to the existence of this dwelling place. These people will practise their passions on one another with the forms acting in such a way as to incite them more in this direction. Apart from these centres we have forms that are free and as such roam about seeking to attach to this or that person thereby influencing and inciting such people according to their nature. They usually attach to people who carry similar qualities within themselves or to those whose power of resistance is weak.

In doing this they incite these people to begin to perceive intuitively or think in a way dictated by the nature of these forms. There is nobody they cannot influence as long as the person is open to them either through carelessness or homogeneity and the resultant effect is that over time they goad these people into transforming these thoughts into earthly deeds. The effects and activities of these forms are so widespread that some of the events that baffle us on earth are simply the results of the effects of these forms on people. Every sort of criminal behaviour, genocide and so on can be explained in the light of the knowledge of the activities of these forms. In their effects, they attach to the brain and incite the latter to mobilise other parts of the body to act according to what the form represents. These are usually of the most hideous shapes and in the olden times people have often been able to see them as for examples we find some descriptions of these in Greek Mythology of the Furies, the Gorgons, Hydra, the Minotaur and so on.

These are entities that really existed and they still exist. The Greeks at that time, being still able to use their inner eyes were able to see these entities and document their activities. Not only were they able to see these entities, they were also allowed to see creatures which exist in reality through the Power of the Lord, the elemental beings. These entities though they may be of the most hideous shapes, nevertheless have specific activities which is determined through the nature of the volition that guided their formation. In addition to these evil entities, ancient peoples have also been able to see entities of a good nature whose activities are beneficial; examples of these can also be found in Greek Mythology. These also influence people who are open to them according to their natures and their resultant influence on human beings are good. These are very few in number and the reason is that evil has far more adherents today. These also like the demons can act independently of their authors and act to promote peace and harmony in society.

Through the activities of these entities we are able to shape things for ourselves on earth because the sphere of action of these entities is the world of Gross Matter which also includes the earth. If we populate the planes of fine and medium gross matter with demons, they will act according to their natures and serve to promote discord in the society. Societal characteristics can more or less be attributed to the nature of the forms hovering over that particular society in the world of fine and medium gross matter. A society characterised by strife and so many other evils is connected to and influenced by homogenous areas in the realms of medium and fine gross matter. A society riddled with crime is being influenced by all sorts of centres which promote these activities.

We must realise that in the world of today, the effects and activities of these forms especially those of evil volition have reached their heights. Their influences are so widespread that the uncanny rapidity with which evil is spreading cannot but be attributed to the activities and influence of these demons on people. Demons are not myths or something far-fetched. They are nothing but consequences of our evil volitions which continually seek ways to breed similar forms. Furies are not to be considered a relic of the past. They are still here and more and more are being produced everyday. The chaos we see in our societies is nothing but the retroactive effects of what we have formed for ourselves on the planes of fine and medium gross matter.

If we populate these planes with benevolent beings, these will work on the people to create peace and happiness, but if we choose to do the opposite and instead introduce demons as we have done for thousands of years, then chaos will be reproduced in the society. Forms of hatred, envy, greed and avarice can only produce similar effects on society, which in time breeds distrust, conflict and suffering which are things that characterise the present earth; the causes are not far-fetched. They are simply the result of the use of our free wills to choose evil which have now overwhelmed us and to which we have no solution. These forms have been created, reared, and are now free to roam about and act according to their natures bringing nothing but disaster. These forms let loose on people cannot but have a most devastating effect, especially if such people are ignorant or careless, descriptions which fit the present day man very well.

In the early days in the evolutionary history of man, people were not familiar with these monsters because they did not exist. With the fall of man, however, these entities have been introduced which occupy the dark spheres of the medium and fine gross material planes and which people in the olden times have been able to see. They still exist and influence people even today in a most decisive manner. People who are still on the lowest stages of development still see these forms, fear them, make wooden images of them and worship them. Let us examine Greek Mythology for practical examples of these entities because the stories of the Greeks is replete with them. These, however, are not fantasies but real experience.
